Are all Orders ready to ship?
Most TShirts are made to order. Some designs may already be pressed and present in my inventory and ready to ship. Normally you will need to wait for your order to be printed and pressed before shipped. Some patches are also made to order but generally I tend to keep one copy ready on hand to ship right away. Jewerly is always ready to ship right away.
*Preorder items will take longer to fulfill and can take up to a month. These are special orders shirts (color and sizes) and are not based on inventory.
What is the difference between regular Tshirts and Woman’s shirts?
The Regular Gilden Shirts have normal crew necks, thicker cotton fabric and regular length sleeves. The Woman’s Shirts fit more snug and are made with thinner more flowy fabrics as well as having shorter sleeves.
How long does it take to ship?
Fastest shipping times can be as quick as 12 hours (depending on time of day of order). Some orders may take up to four days to be sent to post office. I’m just one person who has to drive to town.

How long will my order take to get to me?
All US orders ship with ground shipping and may take up to two weeks to arrive
Do I need paypal to place an order?
No you do not need to have an account with paypal to place an order. Paypal is the bank used by this site to process credit or debit cards. If you do not have a paypal account the option to pay as a guest will be available. Captain Memo never sees or stores your private billing information.
How do the TShirt prints feel?
Shirts are printed with a thick rubbery transfer vinyl. It has a smooth transition at the edges and is fairly thin. The prints have minimal creases when wrinkled. A white under layer shows briefly when stretched but colors fall back into place when released.
Where are the shirts printed?
Captain Memo personally prints shirts in house without the use of third party companies or drop shippers. This insures the quality of prints and correct colors.
Will the shirts look just like they do on the website?
Most print images are placed over a mockup, so shirt appearance may very from actual shirt. We are currently using Gilden shirts for our general TShirts which you can commonly find in shops. The printed images are made to match the vibrancy of the online images. Print images on site may very in color based on your screen/phone settings
Who drew all these designs
Mostly I, Captain Memo. Some designs are made by guest artist (who get a good cut) who you can find more information on the Artist page. Some designs use AI generated elements (used like stock images) to create the graphic designs.
Are these characters (like Star Wars and Fallout) lisenced?
No. But they are memes protected under parody laws. It means I can’t sell anything serious.
Will you offer any new products in the future?
Captain Memo has big plans. The next step is to upgrade to a better printing process that will allow me to also print on mugs, keychains, magnets and more! I’m also playing with resin and actual handmadr clothes. Stay tuned!

I can’t find an item I saw before. Did it sell out?
Some product listing’s might get lost in the sauce. Try the search bar in the header (desktop mod) or link the original link from the social media post you found the product from.
I’m interested in a design but you don’t have the shirt color or size I want? Can I special order a shirt?
Sadly I don’t have the capital required to obtain certain single shirts. A special order of at least 5 tshirts is required to get the colors and sizes you want. I do plan on restocking my Tshirt inventory again at some point. If you want to request a certain color or size just drop me a comment in my contact page so I can adjust my inventory when the time comes.
